Imagine the siesta of a graveler in the High Middle Ages, the deep sleep of refugees during the Norman invasions in the 9th century, the rest of a monk in a troglodytic chapel or the siesta of a grape-picker in the 20th century...
Drowsing on her midi keyboard prepared with sound recordings echoing the site's history, Zabo embodies the dreams and nightmares of all these characters all at once.
